Eilat Stone is the name for a green-blue inhomogeneous mixture of several secondary copper minerals including malachite, azurite, turquoise, pseudomalachite, chrysocolla and others. The Eilat stone is the National stone of Israel, and is also known as the King Solomon Stone. King Solomon valued this stone as highly as Gold and had jewelry made for the Queen of Sheba from both minerals in order to demonstrate his love for her.
